No, you don’t need a course if you are already familiar with normal hair extensions (keratin bondings, tape, etc.). V-Light is child’s play.

You can use all extensions made from natural hair. Whether real hair wefts, keratin bonds, tapes, nano rings and so on, or the V Light original extensions.

UV describes the wavelength at which the light is located. It is called UV because at 395nm it is still on the outer edge of the spectrum assigned to UV light.

LED is an abbreviation for light emitting diode. There is actually no such thing as “LED light”, LED does not describe the type of light, but the type of lamp.

LED has the advantage that it does not generate a lot of heat, as is the case with halogen, for example.

A comparison such as “UV or LED” can therefore not be made. Both describe different things.

If you follow our safety instructions, it won’t hurt your eyes! You just have to make sure that neither you nor the customer look directly into the light. However, this does not happen when the system is used correctly, because the device has a protection shield.

Also you as a stylist have no direct eye contact with the light.

In short: Follow all the safety instructions printed in the operating instructions and you and your customer are safe!

The glue should be stored in the supplied box to protect it from UV light. It should also be stored in a cool and dry place if possible, but never in the refrigerator.

Protect the glue from sunlight and high temperatures. Always store it upright.

The approximate life of the lamp is an incredible 30,000 hours! If you calculate a treatment time of 1.5 hours per customer (which is already a lot, since treatments are usually faster), this means that you can treat 20,000 customers with the device.

If we assume that you treat 40 customers per week (5×8 customers per day) – also quite a lot – then this means that the lamp thereotically lasts for 500 weeks of continuous work. So about 9.5 years.

And here we have calculated that the device is permanently on during the treatment – which is not even the case. So you can multiply the values well and good even times 3 or times 5.

The system should not be used if the treated person has any of the following symptoms in the area of the head where the light from the system may shine: abrasions, keloid – or unhealed scars, herpes, psoriasis, other infectious or inflammatory skin diseases, fungal infections, wounds, sunburn, neurodermatitis, skin cancer.

The system should not be used if the user or the person being treated has the following symptoms:

Epilepsy, polymorphous light dermatosis, photosensitivity, radiation or chemotherapy, hemophilia.

The system should not be used if the user or the treated person is taking photosensitizing medication such as neuroleptics, systemic dermatics and antiepileptics.

The treatment of pregnant or breastfeeding persons may only be carried out after prior consultation with a doctor. In case of doubt, treatment should be avoided.
